THOLOK chest seal dressing is used to treat open pneumothorax and tension pneumothorax in chest injuries due to gunshot wound, stab wound or any other penetrating injury / wound of chest. One way valve is designed to let air & blood, present inside the thorax, out and not to let into the thorax any air from outside.
